This double Gold medal winner by Bleasdale is made from Adelaide Hills fruit where the cool climate is perfect to create a Pinot Gris of mouth-watering beauty.
Pale straw green in the glass, it features pink lady apple, cherry blossom, nashi pear, quince and yeast aromas. The palate shows layers of apple, grapefruit and lemonade sorbet with lovely spice and middle palate richness. It has a mouth-watering texture and velvety persistence and none of the oiliness sometimes associated with the variety.
