This wine was named after Henry Potts, the grandson of Bleasdale’s Founder, Frank Potts, who in the 1920s depression, took to fishing in nearby Lake Alexandrina to supplement the family’s income.
Bright straw green coloured, this fresh, flavoursome Verdelho exudes aromas of tropical fruit salad, guava and passionfruit. Glossy and ripe, the palate indulges with loads of tropical fruit, and spice running to a dry, minerally finish. Best served chilled and enjoyed with spicy Asian flavours like Thai green curry.
