Botanica Chardonnay 2011

This mouth-watering Chardonnay was crafted by Liz Jackson whose talents have garnered her a reputation as one of the Hunter Valley’s best winemakers and her awards include Winemaker of the Year in 2012.
 
Bright lemon with a youthful green hue, this Chardonnay has sweet melon and stonefruit varietals on the nose. Ripe, juicy and clean, the palate features bright peach, melon and fig balanced by fresh acidity. Savoury and mouth-watering with a creamy mouthfeel and quality supporting oak.
