Sarah's first Pinot Gris harvest. The small, deep purple and grey bunches - hence the name Gris or grey - were hand-picked and gently pressed, making a decidedly textural wine.
Pale lemon. Complex nose of pear, white melon, river rock, sea spray and marzipan. A rich and full-flavoured wine, packed with melon, peach, nashi and red delicious apple, creamy mouthfeel, nutty complexity, juicy acidity and a dry finish.
