What a unique combination! The Shiraz and Roussanne in this wine were grown side-by-side, as well as harvested, fermented and aged together, so they’re a wonderfully complementary pairing.
In the glass: Deep red.
On the nose: Fragrant lift of violet, blackberry, plum, white pepper and toasty oak.
On the palate: Smooth and velvety with loads of black fruit, white pepper and fine tannin depth. Roussanne provides fantastic acidity, line and length. A classy wine.
