A youthful pale lemon colour with a fine bead, this Prosecco has a fresh, lifted nose showing white blossom, grapefruit zest, pear and apple. This is a drier style with pinpoint acidity that gives the white pear and apple fruit real crunch, although the finish is soft and creamy. Winemaker Sarah Gough says it’s a wine to be opened spontaneously and enjoyed young.
