Shiraz and Pinot is an historically significant blend to the Hunter Valley, first created in the 1930's. On the lighter end of medium-bodied, it's a lovely blend.
Deep ruby colour. Fine aromas of raspberry sorbet, button mushroom and new leather. Very refined, with wild bramble fruits, supple tannin texture, background oak, juicy acidity and excellent unity, and a long acid finish.
