It's surprising we don't see more Sparkling Verdelho as it makes a really refreshing style, and it makes sense that fruit from the Hunter would be the ideal choice.
Pale straw with a fine bead. Green apple, white peach and grapefruit aromas. Clean and crisp yet sweetly fruited with plenty of citrus and tropical fruit richness, fine acidity and mousse, and a long, dry finish.
