Individual Cabernet parcels were fermented in open vats then matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months. Only the best barrels were then selected to make up this exceptional Reserve wine.
Two years of additional bottle maturation allowed further flavour development and tannin integration.
Fresh aromas of currant, menthol, mint and briar precede a rich, plush, savoury, full-bodied palate with a curranty core of fruit and a long, ripe finish. Tight and concentrated, it has further cellaring potential thanks to an amazing backbone of acidity.
