This biodynamic producer has crafted an intriguing blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay with delicious results.
This blend has been made using whole-bunch pressing, barrel fermentation with indigenous yeast, solids contact, lees stirring and minimal fining to build texture and interest. Ripe, juicy and nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel.
