Pale lemon in the glass with a really fine bead, it has a lovely aromatic nose showing a mix of frangipani, pear and apple with a hint of cracked wheat. The generous palate displays pear and granny smith fruit bound by racy lemony acidity with a creamy, mouth-coating mousse and soft, supple length. A lovely soft yet crisp and approachable Prosecco.
