Deep red in the glass with a hint of brick, this organic Shiraz offers a nose that is still fresh with earthy dark fruit concentration, graphite and cedary oak aromas. Palate shows masses of blackberry, plum, black olives and prunes with cassis-like development, smooth texture and ripe grainy tannins. This plush, juicy and generous Shiraz is amazingly fresh for its age.
