Byron and Harold primarily sources grapes from Margaret River and Great Southern – two regions of WA that enjoy growing conditions similar to that of Bordeaux in France.
Youthful dark red. Blackberry, kitchen spice, herb, leather and clove. Inky and dense with a super-ripe core of black fruit, solid tannin foundation, drying acid and background oak. Touches of ironstone, leather and graphite add savoury appeal.
