Sauvignon blanc continues to evolve, and the expressions we are seeing from NSW are excellent. Less focus on fruit sweetness, and more on structure and acidity.
Pale and bright in appearance. Varietal aromas of lemongrass, gooseberry and tropical fruit. Peach, pear and passionfruit entry, with limey acidity to balance, notes of lime leaf and lemonade, and a dry yet juicy finish.
