Although the Clare Valley is best known for its Riesling and Shiraz, the local topography provides a handful of cooler sub-regions that are producing some lovely Pinot Noir.
Mid crimson-garnet in appearance. Dark cherry, brown spice, dried herb and wood smoke aromas. Soft and supple entry of bramble and dark berries, with firm tannins, balanced acidity and lovely toasty oak on the savoury finish.
