Previously only known in Spain and Portugal, Mencia is quickly finding favour with Australian winemakers and wine drinkers alike. It's medium-bodied, savoury and spicy.
Mid crimson purple. Lifted aromas of spicy cassis, inky blackberry and wild herbs over dark florals. Blackberry and charcuterie, alongside inky purple fruit, with juicy tannin texture, and plenty of medium-bodied appeal.
