Canobolas Smith Cabernet Blend 2005

Medium garnet in colour with a brick hue, it has a mature nose of cassis, earth, leather and lanolin. The rich, soft and complex palate, which has layers of development and an elegant mouthfeel, is showing obvious aged characters of cedar, earth, leather and five-spice with a fine vein of acidity, fine tannins and savoury length. Perfect for aged red drinkers.
