From Tasmania's excellent 2017 vintage comes this very classy Pinot Noir from Cape Bernier who also specialise in Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
Medium density red. Savoury dark cherry, dried herb and toasty oak. Sweet fruit entry, ripe and juicy with strong cherry and strawberry fruit, underpinned by savoury oak with cola and herb notes, creamy mouth-feel and terrific flavour persistence.
