The combination of winemaker Anna Hooper and Cape Jaffa’s biodynamic vineyards has resulted in this pale lemon coloured wine. It has a savoury nose of spice, talc and herbs, a zesty, dry core of tight citrus fruit and light tropicals, plus crunchy acidity with good lemony length.
