Capel Vale Regional Series Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Capel Vale says that grapes for their Regional Series wines “are grown where the optimal expression of its variety can be achieved.” For this Semillon Sauvignon Blanc they chose cool Pemerbon sites.
 
Subtle citrus, lemon rind and dried herb aromas with a touch of grass lead to a crisp, zesty palate with a lemony mix of cool climate fruit and acid intensity balanced by tropical depth and regional dried herb. Fresh and mouth-watering with youthful, savoury length.
