Capercaillie Grenache 2012

Capercaillie winemaker Peter Lane has been crafting wines in the Hunter Valley for over 20 years, including with big names such as Tyrrell’s, and McWilliam’s. Taste his expertise in this intense Grenache featuring fruit sourced from the Barossa.
 
This bright medium red coloured Barossa Grenache exudes subtle red berry aromas with light earth and confectionary notes. The very regional and varietal palate presents sweet cherry berry fruit with a lovely silky texture. It’s warm and soft yet vibrant and intense with a light peppery spice lift.
