Winemaker Andrew Ling sources fruit from sites most suited to the variety, and his latest Pinot is from the cool, elevated vineyards in Orange.
Pale red in appearance. Lifted aromas of cherry, earth and white mushroom. Light-bodied, with a tight core of red berry fruit and cherry chocolate, fine yet tightly-wound tannins, supple acidity, and a long, almost chalky finish.
