John Cassegrain’s winemaking heritage and interest in sustainability and new grape varieties has solidified his reputation as a winemaking pioneer, which shows in this full-flavoured, celebratory Sparkling, made from New England and Tumbarumba fruit.
Bright straw green in the glass with a fine bead, it shows elements of white peach and wet stone with cool climate etherial lightness supported by notes of brioche and biscuit. The mouthfeel is very fine with extremely delicate, pure fruit and a soft, leesy texture.
