Cassegrain Reserve Shiraz 2011

Cassegrain has blended New England, Central Ranges and Hunter Valley fruit to create this Reserve Shiraz which is a great representation of their reputation as winemaking pioneers.
 
In the glass: Deep dark red.
On the nose: Ripe plummy fruit, spice and sweet oak aromas.
On the palate: It’s elegant and refined yet has loads of flavour with a good mix of red and black fruits, supple tannins and notes of mocha, liquorice and spice on the long finish.
