This elegant wine is made from Chambourcin, a hybrid grape that was purposely planted here for its characteristics. As a young fresh wine it exhibits flavours of ripe cherry and mulberry with spicy and savoury overtones. Its palate is light to medium bodied and very smooth with a lingering fruity finish.
