Winemaker John Cassegrain’s interest in sustainable production and new grape varieties has solidified his reputation as a winemaking pioneer - his 2011 Verdelho showcases his ‘savoir faire’.
 
Award-winning winemaker John Cassegrain crafted this pale yellow Verdelho featuring vibrant, yet restrained citrus, grass and mango aromas. The palate has a core of tropical fruits, citrus notes and lemon sorbet flavours. The nice warm alcohol and juicy length round out an excellent example of the variety.
