Since 2003, Centurion Wines has been producing award-winning Hunter Valley wines and winemaker Damien Stevens has crafted another cracking Chardonnay.
Medium straw and green in the glass, this Chardonnay presents light peach and savoury lift with light leesy complexity on the nose. The palate is delicate and elegant yet buttery with a rich peachy core of fruit and layers of complex barrel lees characters. A long, minerally, chalky finish.
