Cortese (pronounced Kort-ay-see) has its origins in Piedmont, Italy. Although rarely seen in Australia, we’ve discovered this fantastic example.
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Honeysuckle, grapefruit, pear and light stonefruit.
On the palate: Vibrant and intense with excellent acidity, freshness and punchy white fruit depth, creamy texture and charming persistence – a really fine and elegant wine.
