Omnia Nova' (all become new) is old vine Barossa Shiraz made in a ‘nouveau’ style. Designed to be fresh and bright in its youth, but will cellar if you wish.
Deep, dark red. Blackberry, cherry, plum and black pepper aromas. Rich and powerful, yet polished and well-made, with a deep core of black and purple fruit, underlying notes of toasted vanilla and kitchen spice, fine tannins and savoury oak.
