A traditional Sparkling made with a blend of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, from regional experts Chain of Ponds. It's a classy young-drinker with or without food.
Pale with a fine bead. Very lifted aromas of tropical fruit, peach, candied lime and apple pie. Intensely flavoured yet bone-dry, with a persistent mousse, a core of apple and pear, hints of brioche and roasted nuts, good length, and a savoury finish.
