This is the inaugural release of the Cachet Chardonnay, which stands as the pinnacle of the Chain of Ponds Chardonnay range. Only 151 dozen produced.
Mid-lemon yellow with a green hue. Aromas of apple, green papaya, roasted nuts and toasty oak. Ripe pear and lemon curd entry with good yellow fruit and fig depth, tense limey acidity, lovely latent complexity, and balanced toasty oak.
