Stephen Chambers manages one of the most historic wineries in Victoria. Steeped in history, Chambers makes a great range of table and fortified wines.
Garnet with a brick hue. Leather, dark fruit and cherry chocolate aromas. Drinking well, with layers of raspberry compote, mulberry and Christmas cake, good mid-palate richness, hints of black olive and kitchen spice, and a dry, savoury finish.
