From Churchview’s Metricup single vineyard, this 2025 Chardonnay is largely wild-fermented then eased through French oak to create a delicious drop.
Pale with a green hue. Exotic aromas of peach, nectarine, white flowers, nougat and vanillin oak. Delicate and complete, with fine layers of stonefruit and yellow melon, bright citrussy acidity, well-integrated oak, and a long finish.
