It’s bold and rich with a deep core of black fruit, subtle varietal mint and herb notes, fine yet assertive tannins, bright acidity and a powerful finish. A sleeping giant with liquorice-like concentration.
The fruit for the Credaro Five Tales Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 was grown in Credaro’s Carbunup River and Yallingup vineyards. It has terrific fruit energy showing berry and currant power and length, plus deluxe oak and savoury olive and herb complexity.
