Pale peach blush. Brioche, pear, white peach, biscotti and sea spray aromas. Salty white peach entry, with tightly-wound acidity driving the fine core of fruit, hints of vanilla biscuit and green apple, fine and creamy mousse, and a rich, savoury finish.
