A blend of Vermentino, Savagnin, Riesling and Viognier all affected with the noble rot Botrytis Cinerea which helps to shrivel and concentrate the sweet juice in the berries.
Deep gold colour. Ripe aromas of grilled peach, burnt orange, apricot and toffee apple. Sweet and unctuous, with a slippery core of tinned stonefruit, preserved lemon and pear nectar, juicy acidity, and a very concentrated finish.
