Cockfighter's Ghost Reserve Pinot Noir 2016

While Cockfighter's Ghost is a Hunter Valley winery, they've sourced fruit from the cool climate of Orange for this clean, fragrant Pinot Noir.
 
In the glass: Medium density Pinot red.
On the nose: Dark cherry and red plum with a light stalky note.
On the palate: A light-bodied style with fresh red berry fruit, herb and spice notes and crunchy acidity. A clean, fragrant and feminine style of Pinot with good varietal intensity.
