Coldstream Hills Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2011

With a Sparkling winemaking history dating back to 1995, Coldstream Hills takes its fruit from the south facing slopes of its Deer Farm Vineyard in the Yarra Valley town of Gladysdale.
 
This is a medium lemon coloured Sparkling with bright green tints that fills the nose with aromas of lemon and citrus fruits beautifully complemented by bread dough and biscuit notes. Creamy mousse provides softness to the palate while vibrant acidity drives the long finish.
