Premium cool climate Chardonnay doesn’t get much better than this - a traditional fuller style with great acid structure, giving it balance and poise.
 
In the winery: Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented in rotating French foudres with wild yeast.
In the glass: Medium lemon green.
On the nose: Stonefruit, melon, citrus zest and sea spray.
On the palate: Full-bodied, rich and layered with a ripe mix of stonefruit and citrus. Cashew-like complexity, terrific structure, and mouth-watering appeal, with loads of classy toasty
oak throughout.
