In 2005, Coriole were the first winery to commercially release a Fiano in Australia. They’ve had great success since, including with this Gold medal winner.
In the glass: Bold straw yellow, faint green hue.
On the nose: Positive, perfumed freshness with jube and fairy floss notes over rich melon.
On the palate: Dense and intense, it’s a riot of rich yellow citrus, yellow melon and green spices with salty, mouth-watering persistence.
