Coriole Prosecco 2015

A great alternative to traditional Sparklings, Prosecco is the latest in a batch of Italian varieties to be released by Coriole Vineyards. The style is fresh and delicate and is a perfect aperitif.
 
In the glass: Pale straw.
On the nose: Fresh summer fruits with a hint of paw paw.
On the palate: Quite attractive with a crisp, lively mix of apple and stonefruit, refreshing acidity and mousse, a lovely talc-like texture and a dry finish. A very dry style of Prosecco that will develop flavour richness in the medium term.
