Coriole The Dancing Fig Shiraz Mourvedre 2010

This opulent blend is named after Coriole’s many fig trees that appear to 'dance' in the cool, predominantly south eastern afternoon breeze that comes in off the southern ocean on their McLaren Vale vineyard.
 
Dense, rich red black in colour, it has a fully ripe nose with old vine black fruit and sweet herbal lift. The palate is opulent and ripe with excellent black fruit and dark chocolate boldness supported by a massive web of tannin. A great food wine!
