A wine made in tribute to the Burge family's great-grandmother Martha Mae. The inaugural release of this Tasmanian Sparkling and one to watch. Very complex.
Mid yellow with a gold hue and a fine bead. Green herbs and apple over wet stone, brioche and jasmine. Subtle white peach and lemon, with fresh, grapefruit-like acidity, long and fine mousse, and a push yet focussed finish.
