This bright lemon to straw coloured Fumé Blanc has rich and wild aromatics showing natural yeast, banana, smoked oyster, peat and deep oak perfume. The palate is amazingly textural, velvety and rich with savoury notes of asparagus and bold stonefruit and a long, savoury, textural finish.
