Created by Brian Croser, who believed that the right region in Australia could produce Sparkling wine to rival Champagne. The region he chose was the Adelaide Hills.
Very pale with a green hue and fine bead. Delicate aromas of fresh citrus, melon and poached pear. Youthful and crisp, with a core of green apple and grapefruit, fine mousse, hints of chamomile tea and wet rock, racy acidity and a moreish finish.
