Cradled in the cool climate Southern Highlands wine region is the family-owned Cuttaway Hill Estate who are passionate about crafting classic varieties to produce fruit-driven wines with wonderful cool climate complexities, like this Pinot Noir.
 
Crafted from 100% Southern Highland fruit, which underwent full malolactic fermentation in selected medium toast French oak hogsheads for 8 months.
This lighter weight style of Pinot Noir is medium to vibrant red in the glass with aromas of cherry seed, camphor and pine needles with hints of varietal earthiness. It has a soft cherry fruit core and a clean and easy structure with nice savoury length. Dried herb and fresh leafy characters on the finish leave you wanting more.
