In keeping with d’Arenberg’s proud family history and winemaker Chester Osborn’s quirky sense of humour, this DADD Sparkling was inspired by Chester’s Great Grand-dad, Grand-dad and Dad.
It has lifted aromas of shortbread, green apple, peach and lemon. Layers of apple, lemon and red berry fruit on the palate are underpinned by fresh, zesty acidity and a hint of cracked wheat complexity. Very tight, long and focussed with regional notes of biscuit, toast, herb and spice.
