What makes this Sauvignon Blanc is the complexity and mouthfeel resulting from a small percentage of the wine being partially fermented in aged French oak.
Pale straw with a faint green hue in the glass, it shows lifted tropical, passionfruit, lemon blossom, grapefruit and light musk aromas. The palate is soft and plump with layers of sweet passionfruit, guava and pineapple offset by soft lemony acidity.
