According to d’Arenberg’s winemaker, Chester Osborn, this Riesling style “is designed for ageing, it doesn’t have the tannins of some of the Clare wines, it has a very vibrant fruit character and minerality, which will hold it for a very long time.”
Medium lemon in colour, this 2013 vintage presents floral aromas with lemon blossom lift. Almost a Kabinett style, it has a slightly sweet persistence and a lovely texture. Layered and flavoursome with juicy fruit salad-like notes balanced by perfect acidity.
