The High Trellis vineyard was planted in the 19th century, and received its name as it was the first in the McLaren Vale region to be trained above knee height. Enjoy a taste of history with this d'Arenberg The High Trellis Cabernet Sauvignon 2012.
Deep red coloured, this McLaren Vale gem opens with complex blackcurrant, earth and peppery spice with vanillin oak on the nose. Big and rich, the palate delivers complex layers of cassis and blackcurrant, full tannin structure, deluxe oak and excellent flavour length. Still youthful, this Cabernet will only continue to improve in the cellar.
